The 2015 version of the Disney calendar I've been writing these past 5 years comes out on July 22, along with a gorgeous box of Disney postcards called "The Art of Disney". Each postcard features concept art by Disney animators, most of it never before published. I had the great pleasure of choosing the art at the Disney Animation Archives in Glendale. Those were fun afternoons!

I'm late in posting this, but Chronicle Books out of San Francisco asked me to write two 365-page-a-day calendars for them. One based on Disney films, and one based on Disney/Pixar films. It was a rather hellacious project---I ended up choosing the art for each page as well as writing the text---but it was also great fun. They came out pretty well, if I do say so myself. The 2012 Disney Calendar and the 2012 Disney/Pixar Calendar are available at Barnes & Noble but they are probably marking them down, if not entirely out of them. You can purchase them thru Amazon. Do it soon, if you're interested, because once the year turns, calendars disappear quickly. After all, I've already written the 2013 versions, so shelf space must be made!
